All the covered parking spots that are assigned to appartments come equiped with a dedicated power plug suitable for Electric Vehicle charging. There is also the option at the time of contract signing to have it upgraded to Level 2 charging station for faster charging of your EV.

All appartments come as standard with professinally installed and ready to use WIFI access points for good coverage in the entire flat.

All bedrooms are designed with dual purpose in mind. To be used as bedrooms or home office/High performance student rooms and there is high speed internet connection ready for both purposes. Fibre optics internet cable is connected to each flat which is then distributed through CAT6 structured cabling to the various rooms.

Residents don’t have to worry about high electricity consumption of communal services such as lift and external lights as the cost of these will be partially set off with the building's photovoltaics system.

We consider it unacceptable for an appartment building to be delivered to its new owners without proper AC units so we deliver all our newly build flats with ultra energy efficient AC system with build in WIFI for remote access and control.

All our buildings are designed and build according to Energy Category A

All the insulation materials are from top ranking European manufacturers. Our kitchen shower and wash basin tabs all from one of the leading German manufacturer Grohe to ensure trouble long and trouble free life.

We only use tiles from a leading Italian manufacturer and dont install any cheap or Chinese items.
